Your personal data

AVORA is a company in formation. The data controller's registered name, address and contact details will be added here once incorporation is complete.

We only ask for what we need to respond to your request:

• Get launch updates: your email address and, optionally, the topics you pick.
• Tell us what you need: your email address, the material you're interested in, what it's for, optionally your printer, an estimated monthly consumption range, and an optional message.
• Request a business call: company or organisation name, your role, your email address and what you'd like to discuss.

We don't ask for your name, phone number or postal address. Please avoid putting more personal information than needed into free-text fields.

The infrastructure hosting this site may keep technical logs such as IP address and browser information for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.

• To answer your request and get in touch with you.
• If you asked for it, to tell you about important launch and product status updates.
• To plan the first products and the sample programme around real needs.
• To arrange business calls.
• To protect the forms against abuse and unwanted submissions.

Processing is intended to rely on the legal grounds listed in Article 5 of the KVKK, in particular responding to your request ahead of a possible contract, the controller's legitimate interest and, where required, your explicit consent.

The applicable legal basis for each processing activity will be confirmed during legal review.

Form submissions may reach us through email or form-processing service providers whose servers may be located outside Türkiye. Any such transfer will follow the conditions in Article 9 of the KVKK.

The providers will be named here once they are confirmed. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

We intend to keep data for as long as it takes to answer your request and for as long as our relationship requires; for launch updates, until you tell us you no longer want them. Exact retention and deletion periods will be set during legal review.

This site currently uses no analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. If we add such a tool, we'll ask for your consent first and update this section.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• Find out whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred.
• Ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected.
• Ask for data to be erased or destroyed under the conditions set out in the law.
• Ask for corrections, erasures or destruction to be passed on to third parties who received the data.
• Object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis.
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
